Max-Mat2™ is made from biodegradable jute and not only suppress weeds around your plants but can reduce your watering requirements by up to half. Treemax introduced Max-Mat2™ to the industry in 1992 as a natural alternative to plastic and ongoing chemical weed sprays. Max-Mat2™ encourages soil microbial and fauna activity for up to 18 months, and eventually mulch down into the soil.
