FilterFence™ is used to prevent silt movement caused by wind or water flows over exposed soil from entering waterways and infrastructure such as stormwater pipes.
Maintenance
Silt fences must be maintained by removing built-up sediments periodically to ensure
that the silt fence remains effective. Using Straw-Stogg™ as a preliminary
filter will reduce silt loads on the FilterFence™.
Re-usable
Silt fences can be reused many times if cleaned before storage.
